Last updated 2026. This policy explains how Moray Shine Cleaning handles your personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
When you book a clean or request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, property details and any notes or photos you choose to upload. We do not collect payment card details on this website.
Why we use it
Solely to quote for, schedule, deliver and invoice the cleaning service you asked for, and to contact you about that job. The lawful basis is performance of a contract, or legitimate interest where you have made an enquiry.
How long we keep it
Booking and enquiry records are kept for up to six years to satisfy accounting and insurance requirements. Uploaded photos are deleted once the related quote or job is closed, unless you have given permission to use them in our gallery.
Who we share it with
Nobody, other than the cleaner assigned to your job and our secure hosting and email providers who process data on our behalf. We never sell your data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. Optional analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
Your rights
